Information pursuant to and for the effects of art. 13 of the privacy code and art. 13 of the EU GDPR 2016/679 relating to the protection of the processing of personal data.


In this page we describe the way this web site handles personal data of users who browse the site itself. This policy is valid for the specified web site only.

The Policy, compliant to Art. 13 of Privacy code and Art. 13 of GDPR UE 2016/679, takes into account Reccomendation 2/2001 concerning procedures, times and type of information that owners must provide to users when they visit web pages regardless their connection or surfing purposes.

Data processing will take place in Controller’s premises by qualified and trained processors.

Technical service is carried out in Controller’s premises. Web site is hosted in servers managed by Meta System inside the EU. No data are transferred extra EU.

3. Type of data

Browsing data

Information technology system allows to collect a series of general data and information when a data subject or automated system calls up the website. Collected may be the IP address or domain name of users’ computers contacting the web site, addresses of the required resources in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format, timestamp of the request, method used to request the server, obtained file size, numeric code of server answer (ok, error, etc.) and other parameters referring to user’s OS or user’s system information.

When using general data and information, Meta System SpA analyzes anonymously collected data and information statistically and/or to check the correct operation of the site, and they are cancelled right after elaboration. Data could be used to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack: except for this case, data about contacts from the web do not persist for more than 7 days.

3. Data subject has the right to obtain:

  • the updating, rectification or integration of their data, when required;
  • the deletion, anonymization or blocking if personal data are processed unlawfully, here included those data that do not need to be stored in relation to the purposes they were collected and later processed;
  • the statement that who previously received subject’s data has been informed about operation as per points a) and b), except the case where this compliance reveals itself impossible or it requires means out of proportion to the protected right; 
  • data portability;

4. Data subject has the right to opposite, in full or in part:

  • on legitimate grounds, to the processing of his/her personal information, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
  • to the processing of his/her personal information, if such processing is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising material, or to conduct surveys, or direct selling .
